Financial Policy
WE HAVE OUR DENTAL CARE TEAM/PATIENT RELATIONSHIP
We have several financial policy options available for your convenience. We have found that our
patients appreciate knowing exactly what dental financial responsibilities they will incur.
Therefore, we inform our patients about these policies before we begin treatment. Knowing this
ahead of time allows us all to arrange for the completion of the necessary dental treatment.

ESTIMATES FOR SERVICES
We will be happy to provide you with an estimate for the necessary dental treatment(s) that will
optimize your dental health. Please realize that this is simply an "estimate" and is not a
guarantee. In some cases, after treatment is started, there can be conditions discovered, which
could not be previously detected. If this should occur we will cease all work immediately, to
inform you of the new findings and additional fees, if any and obtain your authorization to
continue. We will then assume no liability to provide services for fees quoted in any previous
estimates.

FINANCIAL STATEMENTS TO PATIENTS
We have made and continue to make every effort to keep down the cost of your dental care. Our
policy is to request payment at the time of your dental appointment. We try to avoid sending
statements, because the paperwork, postage, and manpower are costly and do affect our fees.

SPECIAL NEEDS ARE UNDERSTOOD BY US
We do our best to adjust to our patient's financial requirements in planning for the investment in
optimal dental health. Our front office staff will work with you to arrange a treatment plan that
fits our timetable and budget.

NO QUESTION IS TOO SMALL FOR YOU TO ASK
Whether it is regarding your treatment by out Dental Health Care Team, or you financial account
status. We ask our patients to call or come to the office anytime when there is a question.
